Setting the Default Delivery Address in IRIS Financials Purchasing

Whilst your academy may have a single address, your system may have multiple delivery addresses so that items can be delivered to separate departments, nurseries, catering, sports hall, etc.

You can set the default delivery address for all documents posted by you. Your System Administrator may have set a delivery address to be mandatory on some of the purchasing documents so it can save time to have a default address selected here (which can subsequently be amended on individual documents as required).

  1. From the IRIS Purchasing Home screen, select Settings.

  2. Select the Current User tab.

  3. Hover over the Default Delivery Address field then select the magnifying glass to display the Select dialog.

  4. Select the required delivery address, then select Save.
