Rebuilding Commitments

If required, you can produce a Current Commitments report from the Reporting Suite, which can then be printed.
- From the Home page, click the Settings icon on the toolbar.
- The Settings page is displayed. In the Maintenance panel, click Start in the Rebuild Commitments section, as shown in the following graphic.
- A Confirm message is displayed. Click Yes to rebuild all commitment values.
A message is displayed advising that the commitment rebuild is running. The commitments are then recalculated, and the new value is seen when the trial balance is next run.
