Editing Existing Documents

For users with appropriate access levels, it is now possible to edit requisition and purchase order documents that have been posted, but not yet authorised. This can be useful if a member of staff is absent, or a correction/addition needs to be made.

  1. From the Home screen, click the Document Search icon.
  2. A Search Criteria window is displayed. Enter your required search criteria in the top section, then click Search. For more information on searching, refer to Searching for and Managing Documents.
  3. Click the View Document icon adjacent to the required document in the Search Results panel to open it.
  4. Click Edit at the bottom of the document to edit the document. If the button is not displayed, then you are not able to edit the document, or you have not been provided applicable access rights. For more information, please contact the person within your establishment/organisation who has the CUSTADMIN login.
  5. Once the document has been opened, you can edit any of the required information by clicking the Edit icon (grey pencil) adjacent to the required item line.
  6. Make the required changes, click the Validate icon, then clickPost Requisition, or Post Order, as applicable.
