Defining the Master Location for Creating Nominals

If you need to add a nominal across multiple locations, you need to designate one location as the master location. When a nominal is subsequently created, it is automatically copied across to the remaining locations, saving time and ensuring consistency.
This is achieved by setting the applicable value in the MASTERLOC key list.
- Select Maintenance, then select Keylists from the menu.
- The Keylist Maintenance window is displayed. Select PARAMETERS - Parameters for System User from the left-hand panel, then select the MASTERLOC - Master Location key. Select EDIT to enable all editable fields.
- Enter the location code for the location you want to be the master location in Text, then select SAVE.
