Cancel Payments and Receipts V 1.0 — November 2023

The following updates were made to IRIS Financials during November 2023:

Install Cancel Payments and Receipts V 1.0

Use IRIS Autoupdater to install the ALL_V700_Cancelled Payments & Receipts V1.0.0.abp package.

What's in this Release? 

Replacement reports and rules have been provided to fix issues with the Cancel Payment and Cancel Receipt options on Enquiry screens.

When cancelling a payment or receipt, IRIS Financials now automatically: 

1. Creates and adds a cancelled copy of the document by running the relevant report.
2. To make the purchase or sales invoice available again, the allocation of the payment or receipt is removed.
3. Allocates the cancellation document with the original payment or receipt.
