How do I import data to IRIS Financials?

Data, such as account information for ledgers or details of payments, must be imported in IRIS Financials using an import template and Data Transformation Tool file (.dtt).

To get a copy of the required import template and DTT file from our Support Team, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required).
