Login With Microsoft for PS People

You can now use your organisation account to log into PS People using the Single Sign-On feature.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows your staff members to access multiple applications using one set of login credentials instead of having separate usernames and passwords for each application.

Using SSO helps your organisation:

  • Meet the Cyber Essentials Certification requirements
  • Reduce your risk of cyber-attack
  • Streamline access to software you know and trust for all your operational needs

Once set up, all users of HR Portal must use their Microsoft account to log in. HR Portal does not support a mix of authentication methods.

Setting up SSO

Only Microsoft Azure® Active Directory authentication methods are supported. For information about using other single-sign on methods, contact your IRIS Financials account manager.

The following must be carried out by your organisation's IT administrator or those persons who have administrative access to your Microsoft Azure Active Directory tenant.

To set up SSO for HR Portal accounts, you must:

  1. Register HR Portal in Microsoft Azure Active Directory
  2. Set up Single Sign-On in HR Portal

If you need help from the IRIS Financials support team when setting up single sign-on for HR Portal, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required).
