PS People Version 2.23.19 Release (November 2023)

This topic provides information about new features and fixes in this version of PS People.

Update Software

To install the updates:

• If you are a PS Cloud customer, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required) requesting the update. Our support team will contact your to arrange accessing your Cloud server and installing the updatesthis release will be made automatically by the PS Cloud team.
• If you are an On-premise customer, you must download and install the updates.

New Features

Annual Leave Booking Validation

To make sure working days or hours are calculated correctly when staff members book one day of annual leave, the entered AM and PM dates are now checked to make sure: 

• The start date is not in entered in PM
• The end date is not entered in AM

PAY71 Summary by EE Rate Report

The PAY71 Summary by EE Rate report is now available by default.

Fixes and Updates

• To meet Department for Education (DfE) requirements, absences that are less than half a day are now rounded up to 0.5 School Workforce Census XML submission file
• Password reset emails for the Portal now send correctly
