Remove Claim Types
Admin User Configure settings Manage employee accounts
If employees are no longer allowed to make a type of claim, it must be removed from IRIS Financials Expenses.
Claim types cannot be deleted if claims have been made against them, submitted, or are still awaiting approval.
- Go to Options, select Settings, then Claim Types.
- Select the required claim type, then Delete.
Did you know?
If the claim type is only temporarily unavailable or you want to stop any further claims being made against it, clear Active to hide it from the list of available claim types.
