Logging in for the first time
If you are accessing Ed:gen for the very first time you must complete the First Login window. This is displayed after you have entered your username and password in the Login screen.
The First Login window isn't shown for schools where Ed:gen is hosted externally.
- Enter your Current password.
- Enter your New password, this is case sensitive.
- Confirm your password.
- Select a secret question from the drop-down list.
- Enter your Secret answer, this is case sensitive.
- Confirm your answer.
- Select Save Details.
