Using School Calendar

School Calendar in the dashboard provides a day by day view of events in your school's calendar:

Maximise School Calendar by customising your dashboard view.

The events displayed are determined by the calendars that you have chosen to display in preferences.

  1. Select the date displayed to select another date or scroll through days.

    2. Each event in the calendar is listed with basic details.

  2. Use the buttons under the calendar to:
    • Print Calendar. Use the filters in the popup window to select the calendars, categories and time period that you want to print.
    • Create Recurring Event. A shortcut to the Calendar Manager module to create a new recurring event.
    • Create Event. A shortcut to the Calendar Manager module to create a new event.
    • Manage Calendar. A shortcut to the Calendar Manager module to view all calendars.
