Manage GPA Audits

Use the Certification tab in the Curriculum Manager module to view a log of any changes made in grade point average (GPA) settings.

  1. Open the Gradebooks module and select the Certification tab.
  2. Select Manage GPA Audits from the right hand menu to display this screen:
    • All of the audit records created for the GPA Management options are listed.
    • The details displayed and how they are displayed is determined by the settings in entity preferences.
  3. Use the drop-down in the top right of the screen to change the Group By setting if required.
  4. Use the filters and navigation tools available to display the records that you want to view.
