Term Logging

The Term Logging options in the Curriculum Manager module list amendments made to the terms in your curriculum. These are made from the Configuration tab. Amendments include all additions, amendments and deleted items.

To view Term Logging options:

  1. Open the Curriculum Manager module and select the Logging tab.
  2. Select an audit listed under the Term Logging category from the right hand menu. A number of audits are available for you to view:

    View Term Date Audit Term Dates.
    View Term Set Audit Term Sets.
    View Term Type Audit Term Types.

    Some basic details of each amendment are provided.

  3. Select the refresh icon in the header to ensure that the information listed is up to date.
  4. Use the drop-down list in the top right hand of your selected audit to control the number of results displayed.

  5. Use the navigation tools at the bottom of the list to move through the information shown.
  6. Select Print Audit in the header bar to print the page displayed.
  7. Select a username to view contact details and email the user directly from this page, if required.
