Set Up Automatic Calling

IRIS Data Extractor is used to link your organisation Management Information System (MIS) to IRIS Looked After Call. If linked to your MIS, attendance and assessment information is automatically imported in the IRIS Looked After Call.

Updating SIMS Account Details in DEConfig.exe

1. On your PC, open File Explorer.

2. Double-click Local Disk (C:).

   If Local Disk (C:) is not displayed, contact the IT Support person at your organisation.

3. Go to Program Files (x86) > Contact Group > Data Extractor.
4. Select DEConfig.exe.
5. In SIMS.net Credentials, for the enter the SIMS account details that are part of the Administration Assistant and TPSuperUser in Username and Password, then select Ok.
