The following updates were made to IRIS Assets during October 2022:

Fixes and Updates

  • All days of the week displayed when using Asset Calendar on an Android or Apple (iOS) mobile browser
  • Details of completed transactions only applied to the item that it was originally processed for in 1:1 Reporting
  • Email notifications sent for Helpdesk tickets created on the General Open Ticket (GOT) page
  • Resolved issues where app was not reflecting data updates correctly
  • App no longer displays a black screen when using an Apple version iOS 16 device
  • Emailed replies to email addresses containing apostrophes ' now sent correctly
  • Media files, such as videos and images, can now be added when editing assets
  • Error message no longer displayed when text is deleted from GOT Page Content in Action Helpdesk Settings
  • Asset ID now recognised when scanned using the App
  • Asset details displayed in Type when using an Apple version iOS 16 device to scan assets from the App
