Working with client documents

The Documents tab in each client record can be used to:

  • store files

  • share files in the client portal

  • receive documents uploaded by the client into their portal

  • send signing requests

Add new client documents

  1. You can add new client documents by:

    • Clicking Upload on the Documents tab.

    • Dragging documents, folders, or folder structures into Senta from your file explorer. (Empty folders are not uploaded.)

  2. Once you have added your documents, you can edit the Document visibility.

  3. Once uploaded, the documents are visible on the Documents tab.
