Add client notes

You can add notes any time you speak to your clients.

  1. To add a note, select Add note at the top of a client record.

  2. Change the time and date if you need to and choose the note type from the Note drop-down. (To edit the list of Note types, go to Settings > Lookups > Note type)

  3. Select Save.

To view your notes, go to the Notes tab on the client record. If you need to edit a note, select the pencil.

If you want a note to be visible at the top of the client record, select the pin. Once the note is pinned, you can change the colour by selecting the droplet or remove the pin, by selecting the tick.
