Insert a hyperlink into an email

You can insert a hyperlink into an email, which when selected, will link to an area on the internet or to an email address. You could use this to add your website details under your name for example.

  1. Position your cursor where you want the hyperlink to appear.

  2. Select the hyperlink icon then select Insert Link from the list.

  3. Select URL to enter a web address, then enter the web address (URL)and Text to be displayed for the hyperlink.

  4. Alternatively, select Email, enter an Email address then enter the Text to be displayed for the hyperlink.

  5. Select Insert. The hyperlink is displayed.
