How to install .NET Framework 4

Introduction

Microsoft NET Framework 4.0 is a prerequisite to the PTP Accounts Production v11.1 or higher installation.

1. Select the Install Microsoft NET Framework 4 option on the menu; if it does not already exist on the computer. If you are unsure, simply select the option.

The following dialog displays.

2. Click Run.

Follow the instructions to complete the installation of .NET 4.

The next dialog shows the file downloading. No action is required.

The following dialog displays.

3. Click Run.

The following dialog displays; no action is required:

• If the following dialog displays click Cancel. .NET 4 is already installed.

If .NET 4 is not installed, the following dialog displays.

4. Select I have read and accept the license terms and click Install.

The next dialogs display the progress of the installation; the Client profile…..

…and then the .NET Framework 4 extended.

The Installation Is Complete dialog displays.

5. Click Finish.
