PTP Platform Earlier Years

Introduction

As part of a new installations and to allow access to old historic data, it is required that the PTP Earlier software be install. Below is the instructions on how to do this.

 

 

  1. Visit our download webpage http://www.iris.co.uk/support/ptp-software-support/

  2. Select the Downloads link.

  3. Next select the PTP Platform earlier years 2001 -2012 link on the New installation. When prompted select the Save option and select Desktop then Save again.

  4. Locate the installation file normally saved to the users downloads folder.

  5. You must have administrative access rights to install the PTP software. If you do not have the necessary access rights you will need to seek assistance from our own IT support.

  1. Click Run.

 

Do not click Cancel.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click Yes.

  1. Leave all the options ticked and then click Next.

  1. Click Next.

 

Installation in progress. Do not click Cancel.

  1. Click Finish. The installation now complete.
