How to run a repair from a Download

Introduction

Please see the checklist below before starting the repair:

  1. Double-click on the shortcut from the IRIS download.

  1. Click OK.

  1. Click Setup.

  1. Continue through the screens until the following displays; click IRIS Support Only.

  1. You will need to request the Support Code from the Technical team on 0844 815 5551 (Option 4 then Option 1).

  2. Click Enter Code.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Select Repair and click Next.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click Install.

 

The update procedure will start with various screens displaying as the database is backed up and upgraded.

 

  1. When completed click Finish.

 

  1. Click Yes to restart.
