How to download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6

Introduction

This topic explains the process of downloading and installing Microsoft .NET Framework 4.

This is a prerequisite for both the server and workstations for IRIS 10.4.0.

• A reboot of the computer will be required once the installation is complete.

1. Click here to download the .NET installation.

2. Click Download.

3. Click Run:

5. The installer will extract some files:

6. Select I have read and accept the license terms option.

7. Click Install and allow the installation to progress:

8. Once complete, click Finish.

9. If you are able to restart the computer at this time, click Restart Now.

10. If you are unable to restart the computer, click Restart Later.
