How to generate a Customisable Report within Company Secretarial

Introduction

This topic explains how to generate a Customisable Report within Company Secretarial.

  1. From the Company Secretarial menu bar select Reports | Customisable Report

    The following screen displays.

    This screen shows a tree of the different information that can be included or excluded from the report.
  1. Enter the Start date and End date for the report.

  2. Double-click on the relevant branch or single-click on the + symbol to open the branch.

    Each branch will expand into sub branches, which represent the following:

To select or de-select an option, double-click on the tick/cross.

  1. Click Print and select from the drop-down options.

  1. This report can be generated for the client selected or for multiple clients.

If Multiple Clients is selected the following screen displays.

  1. Highlight the client from the Available list.
    Multiple clients can be highlighted by pressing the Ctrl key when selecting each client.
  1. Click Add. The client is shown on the Selected list.

  2. Click OK.


The following screen displays.

  1. Select the Report destination option(s).

  2. Click OK.
