SH09- Return of allotment by unlimited company allotting new class of shares

SH09 should be completed when a new class of share is allotted by an unlimited company.

The registered company number and full business name is required in the first section. Followed by the date the shares are allotted and the prescribed particulars of these shares.

To activate the form

To activate the completed form, go to Edit | Share Register on the Events tab click New Share Reclassification. Enter the necessary details and once completed, click OK.

To display the form

Once the form has been activated, the completed form can be generated from Reports | Company Forms, highlight form SH09 and click Print Form and OK.

To display a form with basic details, go to Reports | Forms with basic details. Select Form SH09- Return of allotment by an unlimited company allotting a new class of shares and click Print Form. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form SH09-Return allotment by an unlimited company allotting a new class of shares. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
