This form should be completed to give notice of a cancellation of shares by a limited company. SH03 is also produced with this form.
The registered company number and full name should be entered, as well as the date the shares are being cancelled.
The table should be completed showing details of the cancelled shares, class of shares, the number of shares cancelled and the nominal value of each share.
The statement of capital needs to be entered, in pounds sterling, other
currencies and the totals, if applicable and also any prescribed particulars
of rights attached to the shares.
Go to Edit | Share Register,
on the Events tab click New and Purchase
Own Shares. Enter details of the purchase, following the screens,
when all information is entered, click Post.
Go to Reports | Company forms and select the form SH06 then click Print Form and OK.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form SH06-Notice of cancellation of shares. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form SH06-Notice of cancellation of shares. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
