Form SH01- Return of allotment of shares

SH01 should be completed when there has been an allotment of shares to shareholders.

The first section should show the registered company number and the company name in full.

Following this should be the From and To dates that the shares are to be allotted. This is followed by the shares that are allotted. This is showing the class of shares, currency, number of shares allotted, nominal value of each share and the amount (if any) that was paid for each share including any premium.

Details for the statement of capital are required, it is separated into Share Capital in pound sterling (£), Share capital in other currencies, the totals and the prescribed particulars.

To activate the form

To activate a completed form go to Edit | Share Register, on the Events tab click New | Share issue, Bonus Issue, Rights Issue, Scrip Issue depending on the required event, enter the necessary details, once complete, click Insert.

To display the Form

Once the form has been activated, the completed form can be generated from Reports | Company Forms, highlight form SH01 and click Print Form and OK.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with basic detail | Form SH01- Return of allotment of shares. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form SH01-Return of allotment of shares. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
