The company number and full company name are required first, followed
by the current details of the Individual PSC. Beneath this, the RLE or
ORP’s current details and then the date ceased to be a PSC or RLE or ORP.
Go to Edit | People
with Significant Control | highlight the relevant Person
of Significant Control | View.
Insert a To date, which is the
cessation date and ensure that the Record on history for affected clients
field is ticked. Click OK, the
Termination screen displays. Make
a selection for whether the PSC resigned, was removed from office or deceased
and click OK. This saves the changes
and activates a completed PSC07
Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form PSC07 –Notice of ceasing to be an individual person with significant control (PSC), relevant legal entity (RLE) or other registrable person (ORP). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form PSC07 – Notice of ceasing to be an individual person with significant control (PSC), relevant legal entity (RLE) or other registrable person (ORP). This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
