NM05- Notice of change of name by resolution of directors

If the directors of a company wish to restore it or reinstate ‘Limited’ or ‘Cyfyngedig’ to the end of their name, then NM05 needs to be filled out.

The company number and existing name in full needs to be entered, as well as the proposed name.

To activate the form

Go to Client | View and click Edit Names. Enter the new company name in the New |  Proposed Display Name field, ensure that the Name changed by drop-down box displays Resolution by Directors. Click OK and Save.

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form NM05 and click Print Form and OK.

To display a form with basic details, go to Reports | Forms with basic detail |  NM05-Notice of change of name by resolution of directors. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms |  NM05-Notice of change of name by resolution of directors. This opens a completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
