A copy of the conditional resolution needs to be received by the registrar before changing the company’s name and all conditions in the conditional resolution has been met.
The company number and the full company name are required, followed by the proposed name of the company.
NM03 is produced after NM02, when the conditions have been satisfied.
Go to Client | View and click
Edit Names. Enter the new company
name in the New | Proposed Display
Name field, ensure that the Name
changed by drop-down box displays Conditional
resolution. Enter the number of
conditions and whether or not they have been satisfied and the date satisfied.
Click OK and Save.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form NM03 and click Print Form and OK.
To display a form with basic details, go to Reports | Forms with basic detail | NM03- Notice confirming satisfaction on the conditional resolution for a change of name. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | NM03- Notice confirming satisfaction on the conditional resolution for a change of name. This opens a completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
