MG09- Certificate of registration of a charge comprising property situated in another UK jurisdiction

Form MG09 should be completed when a company acquires property situated in a separate jurisdiction to the one they are registered in.

The registered company number and full company name is required followed by the jurisdiction and the date of the charge and parties to it.

To activate the form

Go to Edit | Mortgages and Charges and click New.

Required fields are:

• Creation date.
• The date the property was acquired.
• That the property is situated in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
• The instrument type, the description will follow from the selection but can be overwritten.
• An amount or description of the charge should be entered.
• Using the Persons Entitled tab, click New to enter mortgagee or persons entitled.
• Using the Particulars tab, enter short particulars of all property mortgaged or charged.
• Enter name of person signing the form from the drop-down list when prompted.
  

• Click Yes when asked to Log the particulars of this event.  

To display the form

Once the form has been activated, go to Reports | Company Reports, highlight form MG09 and click Print Form and OK.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form MG09- Certificate of registration of a charge comprising property situated in another UK jurisdiction. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form MG09 - Certificate of registration of a charge comprising property situated in another UK jurisdiction. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
