EW03 is completed to tell Companies House the company has withdrawn the election to keep information from the register of secretaries on the central (public) register.
The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first,
and information about the company’s register of secretaries.

of records | untick Register of
secretaries at Companies House | OK

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EW03 and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EW03 – Withdrawal of election to keep information from register of secretaries on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
