EW01 is completed to tell Companies House the company has withdrawn the election to keep information from the register of directors on the central (public) register.
The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first,
and information about the company’s register of directors.

of records | untick Register of
directors at Companies House | OK

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EW01 and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EW01 – Withdrawal of election to keep information from register of directors on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EW01- Withdrawal of election to keep information from register of directors on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
