EH05- Election to keep information from register of members on the central (public) register

EH05 is completed to tell Companies House the company has elected to keep information from the register of members on the central (public) register.

The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first, and information about members.

To activate the form

Go to Edit | Location of records | tick Register of members at Companies House | OK | Log

To display the form  

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EH05 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EH05 – Election to keep information from register of members on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EH05- Election to keep information from register of members on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
