EH04- Election to keep information from register of people with significant control (PSC) on the central (public) register

EH04 is completed to tell Companies House the company has elected to keep information from the register of people with significant control (PSC) on the central (public) register.

The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first, and information about people with significant control.

To activate the form

Go to Edit | Location of records | tick Register of people with significant control at Companies House | OK | Log

To display the form  

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EH04 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EH04 – Election to keep information from register of people with significant control on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EH04- Election to keep information from register of people with significant control on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
