EH03 is completed to tell Companies House the company has elected to keep information from the register of secretaries on the central (public) register.
The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first,
and information about the company’s register of secretaries.

of records | tick Register of
secretaries at Companies House | OK

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EH03 and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EH03 – Election to keep information from register of secretaries on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EH03- Election to keep information from register of secretaries on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
