EH01 is completed to tell Companies House the company has elected to keep information from the register of directors on the central (public) register.
The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first,
and information about the directors.
Go to Edit | Location
of records | tick Register of
directors at Companies House | OK
| Log
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EH01 and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EH01 – Election to keep information from register of directors on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EH01- Election to keep information from register of directors on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
