All that is required on this form is the company number and full name
and a directors’ signature.
Go to Client | View, on the Basic tab untick the Struck off field. Click Save and the Company Reinstated window will be displayed, prompting which director is signing the form. Enter the details and click Log.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight the form DS02 and click Print Form and OK.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form DS02- Withdrawal of striking off application by a company. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form DS02- Withdrawal of striking off application by a company. This opens the blank form in Microsoft Word.
