The company number and full business name is required, followed by the current corporate body/ firm name and the date the details are changed.
There is a section for a new corporate body/firm name, a section for a new registered/ principal office address and a section for a change in EEA/ non-EEA company details.
Only fill out the appropriate sections regarding the change of details.
Go to Client | View, select the Related tab. Highlight the relevant corporate secretary and click View Client.
Once any changes have been made click Save. The following screen asks for the effective date of change, once complete, click Log.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form CH04 and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form CH04- Change of corporate secretary’s details. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form CH04- Change of corporate secretary’s details. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
