CH03- Change of secretary’s details

The company number and full business name should is required first, followed by the secretary’s current details- title, forename, surname and the date which the details are to be changed.

There is a section for the secretary’s new name and a section for the new service address.

To activate the form

To activate a completed form go to Client | View, select the Related tab. Highlight the relevant secretary and click View Client. The following screen gives the particulars for that individual. Once the changes are made click Save, the following screen asks for the effective date of change, once complete, click Log.

 

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form CH03 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form CH03- Change of secretary’s details. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form CH03- Change of secretary’s details. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
