CH01- Change of director’s details

The company number and full business name is required, beneath this, the original details of the director- date of birth, title and full name and then the date that the details changed.

Underneath this, the new details of the director should be entered and the new service address. If there is a change of other details- change of country/state of residence, nationality or occupation then this should also be shown, as well as the director’s residential address, however, this is not shown on the public records.

To activate the form

Go to Client | View, select the Related tab. Highlight the relevant person and click View Client.

The basic tab provides details of Surname, Forename, Title, Initials, Nationality, Date of Birth. The address tab provides details of main address and billing address.  The occupation can be changed under Client | View | Related tab | Involvements | View.  

Once any changes have been made click save. The following screen will ask for the effective date of change, once complete, click Log.

 

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form CH01 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form CH01 – Change of director’s details. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms |  Form CH01 – Change of director’s details. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
