AP04- Appointment of corporate secretary

The company number and the full business name will be displayed first, followed by the date the corporate secretary was hired and their details. Finally, there is a section for EEA and Non-EEA companies that should be filled out as appropriate.

To activate the form  

Go to Edit | Director/Secretary, select Secretary tab and click New. Select the relevant person from the client database, if they do not exist then create a new one and select it once finished. Enter the date the person was appointed in the From field. Ensure the Record on history for affected client(s) tick box is selected. Click OK; the person is linked to this business.

To display the form  

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form AP04 and click Print form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form AP04 - Appointment of corporate secretary. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form AP04- Appointment of corporate secretary. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
