The company number and the full business name will be displayed first,
and the date the corporate director was appointed and the directors’ details.
Finally, there is a section for EEA and Non-EEA companies that should
be filled out as appropriate.
Go to Edit | Directors/Secretary,
select the Directors tab and click
New. Select the relevant person
from the client database, if they do not exist then create a new one and
select it once finished. Enter the date the person was appointed in the
From field and enter an Account order
number. Ensure the Record on history
for affected client(s) tick box is selected. Click OK,
the person is then linked to this business.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form AP02 and click Print form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form AP02 - Appointment of Corporate Director. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form AP02- Appointment of Corporate Director. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
