AD04- Change of location of the company records to the registered office

AD04 is completed to tell Companies House which of the company records are held at the registered office.

The company number and full name is required and then the relevant company records tick box should be cleared.

To activate the form

Go to Client | View, click on the Address tab and click Records. Deselect the tick boxes of the files that are held at the registered office..

Enter the date that the change is effective from and click Log.

• Company records are either held at the registered office or SAIL. When a tick box is deselected, it is assumed that the records will be sent to the registered office.

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form AD04 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form AD04- Change of location of the company records to the registered office. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form AD04- Change of location of the company records to the registered office. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
