AD02- Notification of Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL)

This form should be filled out to notify Companies House of an alternative location where records may be kept for inspection.

The company number and full company name is required first, followed by the address of the Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL).

To activate the form

To activate a completed form go to Client | View, select the Address tab. Navigate to the address of the SAIL, adding another if necessary and select the SAIL Address tick box, click OK and then enter the effective date of change and click Log and Save.

• If Log is not clicked then the form will not be produced.

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form AD02 and click Print Form and OK.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form AD02 – Notification of Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form AD02- Notification of Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL). This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
