This form should be completed when there has been a change of name for an LLP.
The LLP number and current full LLP name should be entered first followed
by the proposed name and the ending- either LLP or Limited Liability Partnership.
If the proposed name contains sensitive words then the tick box needs
to be filled.
Go to Client | View, and select the Basic tab. Click into the Basic name and amend. Once completed, click Save and enter the date of the name change and click Log the event and automatically generate the form.
Go to Reports | Company Reports, highlight form LLNM01 and click Print and OK.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with basic details | LLNM01- Notice of change of name of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form go to Reports | Blank Forms | LLNM01- Notice of change of name of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
