LL MG03s- Statement of satisfaction in full or in part of a floating charge by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registered in Scotland

This form is used to register a statement of satisfaction in full or in part of a Floating Charge by an LLP registered in Scotland.

The LLP number and full name is required, followed by the date the charge was created, description and the date of registration.

The names and addresses of chargee(s) or trustee(s) for the debenture holders are required, and any short particulars of the property charged.

It needs to be clarified whether the charge described has been paid or satisfied in full or in part. There is a tick box to identify this.

To activate the form

Go to Edit | Mortgages and Charges, highlight relevant mortgage/charge and click Edit.

On the Basic tab enter a date for the satisfaction of the mortgage or charge. Enter the relevant details on the Floating Charge tab. When saving, the user is given an option to ‘Log ‘declaration of satisfaction of mortgage or charge’ event.’ Choose Yes, then the Declaration of satisfaction of mortgage or charge opens and select as to whether the ‘debt to which the charge has been given has been paid or satisfied in: full or part.’

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLMG03s and click Print Form.
