LL MG02- Statement of satisfaction in full or in part of mortgage or charge by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

The Limited Liability Partnership need not inform Companies House that a charge has been fully or partly satisfied. However, it is obviously in the partnership's own interests that potential investors and lenders know that all or part of the debt has been paid off.

The LLP number and full name is required, followed by the date the charge was created and registered and the description of the charge. Then the Names and addresses of charge(s) or trustee(s) for the debenture holders and short particulars of the property mortgaged or charged.

Finally, there is a tick box to clarify whether the debt for which the charge describes, has been paid or satisfied in part or in full.
