LL MG01s- Particulars of a charge created by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registered in Scotland

Limited Liability Partnerships registered in Scotland sometimes create a charge that must be registered. If so, they must deliver details of it, together with any document creating or giving evidence of it, to the Registrar of Companies in Edinburgh.

The LLP number and full name is required first, followed by the date the charge was created and the description. The amount secured, the person(s) entitled to the charge and the short particulars of the charged property are required.

If there is a floating charge, a statement should be given as to any restrictions, if any, on the power to grant further securities and also any provisions regulating the order in which the floating charge should rank with any other floating charge.

Finally, the particulars of any commission, allowance or discount should be entered.
