LL AD05- Notice to change the situation of an England and Wales Limited Liability Partnership or a Welsh Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

This form should be filled out to change the situation of the registered office, from either England and Wales to Wales or Wales to England and Wales.

The LLP number and full name is required, then a tick box to identify whether the registered office is being changed from: England and Wales to Wales, or Wales to England and Wales.

The date the resolution was passed needs to be entered and then, for Welsh companies, there is a tick box if the company wishes to have the Welsh equivalent name ending.

To activate the form

To activate a completed form go to Client | View, on the Basic tab change the field where it says Registered in: county/territory, choose either England and Wales or Wales.  Click Save, enter the effective date of change and then click Log.

• If Log is not clicked then the form will not be produced.
  

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLAD05 and click Print Form and OK.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLAD05 Notice to change the situation of an England and Wales LLP or a Welsh LLP. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form LLAD05 Notice to change the situation of an England and Wales LLP or a Welsh LLP. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
