LL AD04- Change of location of the records to the registered office of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

LLAD04 is completed to tell Companies House which of the company records are held at the registered office.

The LLP number and full name is required and then the relevant documents should be ticked.

To activate the form

Go to Client | View, select the Address tab and click Records. Deselect the tick boxes of the files that are held at the registered office.

Enter the date that the change is effective from and click Log.


To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLAD04 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLAD04- Change of location of the company records to the registered office of an LLP. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form LLAD04- Change of location of the company records to the registered office of an LLP. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
